What is Hancock House?

Hancock House is a guesthouse that operates with a hands-off approach to luxury hospitality. A visit to Hancock House affords travelers the comfort of a luxury hotel room, with the convenience and privacy that comes with a rented apartment.

What is an 'unseen service'?

We’re not your typical Hotel - There is no front desk or on-site concierge.  We think you’ll find everything you need in the room but if not please feel free to reach out.  Our team is available Monday–Friday 9 am-5 pm and on-call Saturday and Sunday. We are only a phone call away if guests require assistance during that time at 502-792-7788. In case of emergency, please call 911.

If there is no front desk, how do I know which room I'm staying in?

Prior to Arrival, all guests are provided with an email confirmation of their four-digit code allowing them to enter the hotel and their room privately.

How do I gain access to my room?

Room Information is provided in the email that contains your access code.

What are the check-in and check-out times?

Guests may arrive at 3 pm on the first day of their stay, and must depart by 11 am on their day of departure. Please note that room entry access codes will not work prior to 3 pm, and will automatically deactivate at 11 am.

Is there parking on property?

There is free parking in our secure lot in the back of the building. Please be sure to utilize the spots not labelled with a QR Code. 

Does the hotel provide housekeeping?

Daily housekeeping is available for a fee and must be booked ahead of time.  You can add it to your reservation at the time of booking.

Is there Wi-Fi?

Yes, Hancock House has complimentary Wi-Fi and login information will be in your guest room. 

Is smoking allowed in the guest rooms?

No, Hancock House is completely non-smoking

Can I store my luggage before or after check in/out?

We do not have the availability to hold luggage at this time. 

Can I bring my pet?

Yes!  Hancock House is a pet friendly property. A $50 pet fee will be assessed for pets 75 pounds and under. Pets over 75 pounds are prohibited.

Our team is available Monday–Friday 9 am-5 pm and on-call Saturday and Sunday.
